Julien is an insurance professional with a decade’s experience as a P&I correspondent and as Director of Operations for an insurance broker. He has a master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a master’s degree in Government Affairs from the prestigious French Institute of Political Studies.
