Lillia studied at the prestigious University of Caen Normandy where she obtained her master’s degree in insurance law, specialising in personal injury. With her people skills and desire to assist clients, Lillia fits the customer service focus ethos of Fort Insurance and the role of claims handler is perfectly suited for her.
Her previous experience with law firms and various training courses have allowed her to deepen her knowledge of the world of insurance. What sets Lillia apart are her values acquired through her passion for sports and travel. She is also an honest and dedicated individual. Through her fluent knowledge and use of Arabic, English and French languages, Lillia will expand and further enhance the already multilingual Fort Insurance team.
